My Philosophy
I created this company to share my love of pastry and chocolate with others. I pride myself on using fresh and fair trade products to produce delicious, beautiful creations. I have a passion for creating unique one of a kind products that both look and taste amazing to bring joy to others. I am so excited for you to taste my creations and share them with others.
My Chocolate
Over the past year I have spent hundreds of hours learning to work with chocolate and I am so proud to be able to share my love of chocolate confections with others.
All my chocolate is sourced from Lukker Chocolates. They are a Colombian, family-owned chocolate manufacturer, founded in 1906. Through direct sourcing and a full integration of the value chain from bean to chocolate bar, they have developed an in-depth knowledge of Colombian Fine Flavour Cocoas and how to express their uniqueness through a portfolio of exceptional fine chocolates crafted at origin. I am proud to use their chocolaate products.
